The royal wedding was chosen as a great day for the crew of the Craftory Workshop to open the doors to their garden to the local community. The guys worked hard to clear, construct and make a safe space for people to come and get some free workshops, entertainment and a chance to see the fabulous building given guided tours by Franco, Elana, Claudio, Ania and the gang.
The sun beat down all day as local children and families popped in to see what was happening and stayed to find out how to get involved. Ideas were suggested and offers of help flooded in. Al, Carlos and Claudio took to the stage while Azja, Filip, Patrycja and Willy made sure the proceedings went smoothly. Highlights of the day were the three “deadpools” running around pretending to be kids, George and family joining in the activities and the live jam at the end. It was a real pleasure to be there and share in a great moment for the team. Talk is of turning it into something regular over the summer!
See some great more great pictures from the day!
A huge well done to everyone involved and we look forward to seeing what you guys have planned next!
